The team is committed to providing innovative Infra Red photonic fibers and materials to the market place.

The technical and scientific team is lead by our CTO and Founder Dr. M. Saad who is one of the world experts in Infra Red Materials and their derivatives. Dr. Saad has more than 20 years of experience in optical materials and fiber optics research. He holds a Ph.D. From Rennes University (where ZBLAN Fluoride Glasses were developed) in France, in Infra red optical materials and infrared optical fibers. Formerly he held the position of senior researcher at Laboratoire des Matériaux Photoniques at Rennes University, France and was head of the Mid infra red optical fiber (MIR) program at Institut National d’Optique (INO). He has chaired many international conferences on infra red optical glasses and their applications and is the author of many papers on ZBLAN Fluoride Optical fibers. He is the inventor of a patented process for ZBLAN Fluoride Glass synthesis.
